The unit for measuring the volume of the rendered services for translation and/or editing is the standard page. One standard page is equal to the volume of the text, consisting of 1800 symbols, including space. Estimation of the volume of the material is performed in the following way:

1. For transmitting material for translation/editing in the electronic form in format Microsoft Word or in another one, supporting the possibility of export in MSWord, the estimation of the volume of the text is performed on the basis of the original. The estimation of the volume of the material is effected with the help of function Service-Statistics Microsoft Word, by means of division of the quantity of symbols with spaces by 1800 and further rounding of the received result up to the following page.
2. While transmitting material in the printed form, either in the format, which is not supporting export in MSWord, the estimation of the volume of the text as far as possible is carried out on the basis of the original. In case of such estimation being impossible, the volume of the text is determined on the basis of the translated text in accordance with the method, described in item 1.1 of the present operating procedure.
3. In case of the translation from/to rare languages the estimation of the volume of the rendered services is performed on the basis of the Russian language text, independent of the direction of the translation (from the foreign language into the Russian language and vice versa) in accordance with methodology, described in items 1.1. and 1.2. of the present operating procedure.

Urgent translation/editing are fulfilled with the allowance up to 100%.
