In accordance with art. 81 of the Fundamentals of legislation about the notariat, the notary certifies authenticity of the signature of the translator, who has made the translation. The translations should be made from the whole text of the translated document and be finished with the signatures, the signature of the translator is placed under the translation. The statement of certification is set forth under the texts of the document and its translation.

Certifying translation is performed by the translator, whose qualification is confirmed by the corresponding diploma or certificate, and the signature of the translator on the translation is certified by the notary.

Translation, made on a separate sheet is attached to original document, stitched and fixed by the signature and seal of the notary.
